My first post and another article

All things must start somewhere. This is the start of my blog. Hopefully it will be good start.

I am not usually a political thinker - actually, I never like to talk politics. But then I did! My latest article, "Civilization and Laziness," is a bit of a rant about the current state of things. I don't like talking politics, because things always seem to go wrong. People take sides, words are bandied about, feeling get hurt. But I think there are several good points to the article and I felt they needed to be brought up so I wrote the article. Check it out at my website.

Wrote several more pages of my novel today. Creeping back up to two hundred now after several "cuts." I am also working on finishing the prologue and posting it as a pdf file for readers to peruse and get excited about the whole novel.

I have also begun development on the latest stage of my publishing career: Golden Acorn Press. The logo is in the works and the site will soon be up. Stay tuned.
